Hi Eleanor,

When you put a regular music CD into this drive does it open up and play the
tracks?. If the answer is yes then if you place a store bought DVD into the
drive again does it open up and play?, if the anser is again Yes then try
burning the disk using some other software such as Windows Media player. If
again it fails then your drive isn't for burning or its not working
correctly.
I have used this software package on so many machines to date and its worked
on each one of the flawlessly. Are you certain that the blank disks you are
using are the correct ones, I.E. if you are trying to make an audio CD is
the blank CD a CDR or a CDRW?. If it's a CDRW then your CD/DVD drive may not
support it, always best to just purchase CD -r disks.

Paul.

Hi Paul
I am unable to do this. When I go to Burn, it says it is unable to burn as
it cannot find a burning device. I have a new CD(R) in the drive. Do not
understand this.
