Navigating The Word 2007 Screen

(Moving through the word 2007 application window)

In this version of word we can move to various parts of the word 2007
window. That is, we can move from the edit window to the status window and
to the menu bars using a single keystroke. To move from the main edit window
where you type and jump into the status window then to the menu bar and back
to the edit window again, do the following:

1. Press the "F6 key". This moves you to the status bar.

2. Press "F6" to jump from the status bar to the menu bar.

3. Press "F6" again to jump from menu bar back to the edit screen.

Sometimes it can be useful to gain access to the status bar and above is one
way of accomplishing this task.

If for example you wish to change some feature on your word screen such as:

*. Spelling and grammar.

*.Alter the type of screen using zoom etc.

You can do this by jumping into the status bar using F6 and then moving
around with the arrow keys.
