I find this site easier to use and last night 25k0 pdf pages were converted to word in about 2 minutes or less. When you hit the browse button you are in My Documents and you just look for the file to upload and press Enter. You then have a message it is being converted and a link to download your file appears when ready. When you complete a step you must scroll down to see the next step. Then they email you the converted document. All major formats supported and the OCR does a pretty good job.
