It is possible to set outlook express up to request a read receipt for sent
messages. You can choose your preferred options by going into tools, options
and receipts.

I have just sent a mail to someone requesting a reply that he whenever has
read my mail!
I am using OE and wonder in the tools menu or other how I have to specify if
it is a once-off receipt, in other words, I request one say each time or can I
have OE configured that it will always request a receipt except hopefully where
lists such as this are concerned?
