[vip_students] Tiny tunes update

Hi Tiny tunes users,
I have discovered the reason for the radio in this unit being problematic
and not locking on properly to our stations. Danny has programmed it to scan
in steps to suit Canada that do not match the broadcasters in Ireland and
U.K. He assures me that this will be corrected in the next upgrade due in
about 2 weeks.
So watch this spot!
