Fair point. On the other hand look at the price. Do you really want more
than 1000 tracks on at any one time?
This unit is also being designed as a companion for students with its very
convenient note taking facility.
OK your Iphone will give you a lot of the facilities like date and time
but
the looping facility here is unique. Also you cannot browse your music in
original folders on any mp3 player I have seen unless you overwrite the
original firmware in the unit with something like Rockbox.
Also this unit has a built in screen reader that is as good as Talx any
day.
So come on! For Eur 50 approx!

I have discovered the reason for the radio in this unit being
problematic and not locking on properly to our stations. Danny has
programmed it to scan in steps to suit Canada that do not match the
broadcasters in Ireland and U.K. He assures me that this will be
corrected in the next upgrade due in about 2 weeks.
So watch this spot!
