If you were trying to do it on the Web site, that has not been updated in about
three years. Perhaps there are some committee members who can advise further
here.

I tried to joing VICS online a few weeks ago but unwanted material tried to
download onto my PC when I tried. I do not know if other VIPs have had a
similar experience. I will attempt it again.
