The VICS web site is not available for registration yet. This was due to the
fact that rogue engines are randomly attempting to register and I get about
six or seven of these each day for the past five years!

if you want to join VICS. Membership is €10 and each member has access to
the VICS discussion list which is free.

I tried to join VICS online a few weeks ago but unwanted material tried to
download onto my PC when I tried. I do not know if other VIPs have had a
