Hello Brian I have followed your instructions but still cannot get Jaws to read single digit numbers. I have Jaws 7.10. Any suggestions? Press the keys insert plus j to bring up the jaws window. 2. press keys insert and 6 to hear jaws say, jaws configuration menu. 3. press alt and s and jaws will say set options menu. 4. arrow down til you hear text processing. 5. press enter and tab til you hear, number processing. 6. down arrow to single digets. 7. tab to ok and press the space bar. 8. use alt plus f4 to close configuration menu. Jaws will ask if you want to save the changes, just say yes. That should do it for you.
