email here: You can, of course, do live streaming of the various BBC radio
stations with it. What I meant to say is, that you can’t download programmes
for later listening.

It became available recently to us in the Ireland App Store on Thursday the 7th
July. Apparently some on the list missed Dominique’s post about it. Even with
the geoblocking of some live sport content, and not being able to download
programs in the archive, for fans of BBC radio it’s still good to have. You can
also download BBC radio podcasts with it.

I have the iPlayer on my iPhone and I am receiving BBC radio. I don’t
understand why Barry says that it is not available.

Thanks barry, really appreciate your input on the topic, I have taken note of
your suggestions and will at least follow some of them up, audio description
doesn’t bother me too much, but I really like it when it’s available, pity
about the I player, I am anxious to be able to access radio five live for the
sports at and can at present only listen to it on my radio, which is not always
easy listening with hiss and fade from the A.M station source, but once again
