hi paul no joy on that last instruction.in actual fact pressing alt and m to maximise is not working and i have to try visually to click on the maximise 'square' on the top right of the page to maximise, really nasty to try do.
then even when i get it maximised and go toview and set it at 100% the change does not stay as such if i close and then reopen a web page.

Hi Paul, With the web page in question opened up, first use keys, "Alt + spacebar then choose "Maximised" from the menu. Next, go into the "View menu" of IE and down to "zoom", ensure that in here it is set to "100%". If it is then remove it. Next, go into "Internet Options in control panel and make sure that Internet Explorer is set to check that it is the default browser and just click on "Set as default" to be sure. Now try using those favorites and see if they work.
