Hi Paul,

1. Go into the control panel.
2. Go into Internet Options.
3. Use keys, "Control + tab" to go to the "Advanced page".
4. tab key over to the "Reset button" and press spacebar.
5. Tab around and you will be asked if you wisht o keep personal settings
etc, uncheck this checkbox and then proceed to reset or continue.
6. After a few moments tab key to "Close" and press the spacebar to

hi paul
no joy on that last instruction.
in actual fact pressing alt and m to maximise is not working and i have to
try visually to click on the maximise 'square' on the top right of the page
to maximise, really nasty to try do.

then even when i get it maximised and go to view and set it at 100% the
change does not stay as such if i close and then reopen a web page.
