For testing purposes, you can use the Windows XP DDK utility MCStream,
which streams n-channel WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE streams to the device. You
can also create extensible format wave files using the SDK sample
Multichan.

Try Cakewalk Sonar 2.0. www.cakewalk.com They have a demo version
available. Note that Sonar uses Kernel Streaming
mode, so it would be a good test of that.
