Strange thing is that in the document where MS gives instructions to BIOS programming for OEM's it's required that BIOS disables the other than VC0 virtual channels. However, PCI Express High Definition Audio Controllers, which use class code 04 and subclass code 03, are exempt from this requirement. They also say that "hardware vendors are encouraged to work with Microsoft to define the future direction of extended virtual channel support". http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/system/bus/PCI/wlp_interrupt.mspx Is that requirement fair for PCI audio card users? I don't think so. -Mikko ................................................................... Luukku Plus paketilla pääset eroon tila- ja turvallisuusongelmista.
