Hi Robert,I appears that to work with 2.0.6, in the first line of the file it
has to be plug-in with a hyphen rather than plugin.

Hi Annabelle
Make sure that it is the right folder (where already some *.ny files are)
Are all Audacity windows closed before restart?
The plug-in should appear as "Pulse Dialing..." in the generate menu.
If it is still not there, open the log view (help menu), select all
and paste it in the next post.
It's always possible that I've made a mistake, especially since I use
Audacity 2.1.0 and not 2.0.6 or older.
