For Nyquist "plug-ins" version 1 to 3, the correct header is:
;nyquist plug-in
The hyphenation is required for Audacity 2.0.6 and earlier, but is
deprecated for Audacity version 2.1 and later.
The correct header for version 4 Nyquist plugins is:
;nyquist plugin
though the hyphenated version will still work, and is likely to for a
good while yet.

Nyquist itself is case insensitive ASCII - no Unicode support at all,
and I think that is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future,
It "may" be possible to allow Unicode characters in the header
statements as those are ignored (commented out) for Nyquist. I'll
mention when work starts on version 5 headers.
