Hi Annabelle

Attached is a plug-in that encodes any number into the original pulse
dialing protocol.
It's essentially a DC pulse train. It's a little bit filtered in order
to protect the speakers. The pause between the digits is 200 ms (the
official min time).

Put the plug-in into the plug-in folder of Audacity, restart  the
application and try it out (generate menu).

However, I'm curious what it is meant for...
