Hi Stephanie!Your name is always in the files you download from Bookshare whether you are proofreading orr grabbing a book for your reading pleasure. You can just take your name out of the file name when you save it as an rtf to have a working file to do yur proofreading. That way, you can be sure that you are working on a copy of the file and not the original.
Also, if you have used a replace all and then decide immediately that you didn't want such a big change, don't save the file but just reload it right away and say no to when it asks you if you want to save your changes. I occasionally get to aggressive with replace all.
