Ok sounds great then, just disregard the one I wrote with a backslash then.
Smile.

I write it with a dash between the whole number and the fraction, so it would
be 1-1/2.

      Hi Pam,

The braille translater, or is it translator, won't handle the fraction
symbols. They need to be written as 1/2, and like that.

      Thanks for asking!

      Mayrie

            Hey all,

I'm coming across a bunch of fractions for recipes in the book that
I'm proofing. For Braille readers, is the 1 / 2 format better than the symbol
1 over 2 in one individual space (sorry I can't make this symbol in e-mail).
Any preference?

            Thanks for your thoughts,

            Pam
