Hi, Ann;

So you are saying proofreaders have to rework all recipes in cookbooks?  I 
guess I will have to decline cookbooks then.  No Bakewise in my future... I 
will have to let Melissa know and get it back to her.  I cannot rework every 
recipe with mixed fractions.  Cookbooks are already horrendous; that puts it 
way out of my reach!

Valerie, sorry to not lend her talents and eyes to cookbooks.
