Removing headers isn't a required validator's function.
Basically, all that validators are required to do is verify title, author,
and copyright; make certain that the book has been scanned rather than
being transported as an existing etext from someplace else;
isn't part of the BookShare collection already; has page breaks; is
readable; is complete as far as the main text of the book is concerned.
That's it.
The rest are functions validators have taken upon themselves to do by
their own choice.
