Dear Booksharian Friends,
Way back, because we knew the Bookshare tools sometimes stripped things from
the tops and bottoms of pages, we always placed a blank line at the top and
bottom of every page. We also placed a blank line above and below every page
number. This is how we formatted a page number at the top of a page

Here’s my question.
Do we still need to protect content this way? For example can we dispense with
the blank lines making the page look like this?
