Gary, Thanks for your response. Your butterfly image inspires me to
resurrect Muhammad Ali's favorite mantram, when he was still Cassius Clay:
"Float
like a butterfly; sting like a bee!"

Right on, Gary! Interesting how many layers of grandfather issues we might
have with GW Bush.
The most obvious and literal grandfather is Prescott Bush, who, (along with
many other American companies) financially supported the Nazis in the 1920s &
30s. Just good business, not ideology, right?
But suppose we look at the family system of America itself. That's what
Stefan and I did during a conversation last week. And 2 more Georges came up,
namely George Washington and King George III.
(We have organizational constellations, but has anyone ever set up a
constellation for the "family system" of a nation, with the present leaders as
the
parent figures, and the nation's history as involving other nations in
systemic entanglements?)
Imagine setting up such a constellation with the George W, the Father of our
Country, and King George III, the rejected and excluded Grandfather of our
country, who spoke German, not English. And then we come down the national
ancestral line to our present "father," George W. Bush, who seems for all the
world to be representing not just his pappy, George HW Bush, but rather the
excluded King of England, who, to put it mildly, is not well-honored by
Americans.
Stefan and I then raised the question: what would it be like for Americans
of either political persuasion, to bow down in honor to George W. Bush as the
present father of America? In turn, might not the burden he is carrying and
which is so easily pointed out, be the burden of the actual creation of the
USA by an act of rejection of the grandfather, King George III?
And isn't George Bush right now therefore, the perfect president for us all?
Can we Americans TAKE George Bush as our perfect parent-president, as he
is? Could we bow down in honor to him, agree to his presidency regardless of
our pain about the election fraud of 2000 or how we interpret his personality?
So here's an FC question: As citizen sons & daughters in the nation's
Field, do we feel weak as a nation because of our Father George Bush? Or
because
we refuse to take him as our perfect president? (And who might Mother be in
this FC?)
And finally, what about the US entanglement with Germany? King George III
was Koenig Georg Wilhelm of the House of Hanover. I dimly recall from my
history class that the American colonists came within one vote of passing a
law
making German the language of the colonies instead of English. The American
Revolution was not just breaking out of the System and conscience of England,
but an England ruled by a King of German descent. What if the representative
of
George Washington were to bow down and honor King Georg III?
Hmmm, is this why constellation work came to us through Bert Hellinger, a
German? Maybe to ground Bert's work in America, (especially in LA-LA Land,
right Gary?) we Americans need to feel the German ancestors behind us, perhaps
through restoring the excluded King George III by honoring the present
President George W. Bush?
All I know is ya gotta go where da constellation leads ya!
