Thank you for your insights, William. Yes, congruity is the issue-I AM who I
AM, gender discrepancies included, and there is a 'rightness' in that. Then
there is the 'coincidence' of double breast cancer coming just a few years
after realizing that she is "male in a female body", which to me appears as
a gift. One issue to determine is how public she is willing to be with the
transgender issues-I can imagine a constellation with a representative for
her female body and another one for her male inner identity. This is rich. I
will let you know how this goes-we don't have a scheduled date yet, as I am
working around her work and medical schedules. Work is a practical priority
until surgery or other medical treatment makes it impossible (she teaches
flying, and some cancer treatments will legally ground her). Repeating, I
