Dear Katia,
my experience with Anorexia is that there are mostly coming more
dynamics together and interacting into each other. My experiance is that
the child for itself often is not able to break the loyalties to the
family of origin and step into its own life, so I usually begin to work
with the parents and we decide individually if and how much the child is
participating in the workshop.
There is a casestudy on my website (www.stephan-hausner.de), probably
just in German (sorry , do not have internet access in the moment) and
there are case studies in my book
