I was interested to hear from Wilfried Nelles, Hania and Jan Bily. I think
some important points are being raised here. I have found myself thinking of
the stuff Bert Hellinger has written about conscience over the last few
days: What's the price of belonging? Are we free to say exactly what we want
if we belong? And does what we say have any weight anyway? And what's the
price of not belonging? Are we any freer then? What happens to those people
who do speak out and may be controversial or critical? And what happens to
the bridge people who may belong but want to hold an open door to the rest
of the world and those who do not belong? And what about the silent majority
- in the case of constellation talk, what about those who read but do not
comment publicly? What are they saying with their non-saying?
It takes a lot of courage to be critical or controversial, even in your own
back yard. And some people just can't be bothered of course. Why is that? Do
they think they have no power? Yes, there is an automatic censorship on this
site but also elsewhere because of the limitations of language and of
course, one of the strongest historical influences of the dominance of the
English language is colonialism. So do we have a new kind of colonialism
emerging and is there any way of avoiding that? Or, as Bert would say, is it
all just a movement?
Recently a group of young Israelis have publicly stated that they are not
willing to be conscripted into the Israeli army and many people all over the
world have stepped forward to support them.They have great courage. I
believe they are now in prison. But will they survive?

see here much supports, sometime very ornate expressed, but I'm
missing (from time to time) the real discussion that could be also
critical and controversial. Yes, I'm not very active in CT so it is
also my fault. But firstly English is not my language (and so I agree
with Wilfried in his remark about the "hidden" censorship the
language) and than, subjectively, from my point of view many postings
are too much thankful but the content is missing. Or, maybe, it is
hidden behind the "nice expressions".
In my "Men-Seminars" I often observe that the group has a tendency to
celebrate itself, with nice and refined formulations and elegant
phrases. But this keeps the group from having the real contact to
itself, which is, often, not "nice". This also creats a group
protection against the critical self-reflection. I than use to say
(only in the "rough" men groups): Please, stop the self-blessing. Then
the space for deep questions may start to open.
Here, in Czech Republic, we have one big problem within the
"constellator scene" nobody is critical to others. Only the
"outside" critics are present unfortunately providing mostly the
sort of critic, which is not useful (because of wholly missing the
point). I thing, the main danger for CT is not an occasionally
occurring "bad boy" amongst of the discussion partners. It is not the
spam or the "hurting" contributors, it is the glorifying that we
produced by ourselves. And it is the perfection of this forum that
protects the "un-perfects" (like me) to write some posts. Maybe this
is one of the reason there are mostly contributions from
Anglo-American and -Australian facilitators but practically none from
outside of this space.
