I'd observed Hellinger's work with example of this (Poland, 2006): during
course he offered a kind of supervision for any who faces difficults in work
with people.
It was a woman, who told about problem in work with trouble teenager,
especially with communication with his mother.
Hellinger ordered constellation - they were representatives of worker and
teenager and his family.
We saw very clearly problems of teenager's mother, going deeply in past
generations and involving now teenager. It was also a part of constellation
showing what is relationship of worker and teenager's mother.
All was complete: problems of teenager, of his mother, and of worker.
However, central point was problem of the mother and her past generations.
I think on this example that primarily, it should be a true issue, like
worker's problem with family; then, the worker's problem is a point to go
ahead.
In each action we should ask ourselves - why I want to enlight exactly
this?A honest answer is a half of issue's solve, I think.

Another very different idea I heard from Guni Baxa: What actually are we
setting up when we set up the client
or an ancestor? Researching on that topic it seems so evident that each
person is just an example for an element in
the family pattern that might be repeated through many generations. So
setting up the client could include in his
embodyment the grandmother and the great great grandmother (and how many
more??) all at the same time.
And setting up the grandfather will include all the generations of
information and patterns that created the essence of the
family system.
And as in the spiritual tradition of Oneness, dealing with our own pain
to deal at the same time with the family systems pain<ConstellationTalk%40yahoogroups.com>
which at the same time is to deal with pain itself or pain of all in our
global system.

My opinion is that we deal we very powerfull fields ando so we have to be
carefull. also I think that the desire to help is also a powerfull force
but
we have to be hewere that is the person does not ask for help maybe
does not want, does not need or is not read yet. If we tray to helpsomeone
that has not asked for help we are interfering and putting ourselvesabove
the person. I like that Bert Hellinger book about the empty center(Centro
Vazio) where tehe constelator have to free himself/herself of any disereto

Yesterday I was participating in a FC workshop. The trainer decided to
make
an example of how order worked in a family and so she asked some people
exemplify a family with two living children and two unborn.
After a few generalists movements to explain the participants what order
was
all about, the representativs started to move and act like in a real
constellation. Sudenly they where feeling and acting like in a clients
constelation.
I was caught in the emotional that somehow we are doing work for families
that need help and are asking for me even if not in a conscience manner.
Somehow I had the feeling there might be a lot of work to be done to help
people in levels deeper then the asking for help one.
Any thoughs on this matter?
