Hello Judy,
I like your comment "In the meantime I require 100 % of myself". I feel this is
the most important aspect regarding the future of this work. To be authentic
100%, to know thyself. You know, this is the only qualification that is able to
carry this work, once the basic workings of conscience are understood. The
transformational air of this work remains just that.......air......its power
and work happens in an "atmosphere", a magnetic field of conscience resonance,
a field. You see it in Hellingers trainings.........no formal, nor
intellectually driven understandings here. Something else is happening here,
life is happening, beyond the mind, spirit mind is happening. A magnetism, a
resonance, sychronocity, being drawn beyond the self, in spite of the self, in
an "atmosphere" of spirit meeting mind. That is effective, transformational,
life changing. As others here have insinuated, each facilitator is capable of
creating such a powerful field,
atmosphere, via their very own transformation and life
affirmitiveness........... and earnt strength.
The issue of cruelty that has also crossed these pages in the past few weeks
mirrors the idealistic realm of good conscience, otherwise it is not cruel.
Reflecting upon life and nature itself, is there any cruelty? An eagle devours
a rabbit, a lion kills a
deer...........feeding..........living......dying.....paying with
life....taking for strength......I suspect cruelty is a product of human mind
and its perceptions. What appears cruel to the mind today, could be the pain of
an inner seed cracking. A small or large crack that facilitates growth when the
time and atmosphere is right. Some choose to walk around cracked for
lifetimes........others can bloom in an instant. These interpretations of
Hellingers cruelty "feed" something else here that is not about preserving
life. Neither is Hellingers "cruelty" in those moments about preserving. It is
about destroying, something that is interferring with a movement towards life.
..........that is real
preservation.....no protection needed.
Kind regards
Sadhana

Dear Michael and all..(Hi Svante I trained with you in Groningen)
It's seldom that I comment. Mostly I look, read, listen. Sometimes I shake my
head sometimes I nod in agreement. However this time Michael, I think you got a
lot right and I am sitting here with a big smile. I would go to bat with you re
the critique of the US wanting the 'general public' to know more. Re too little
support and supervision, I think this has been an issue and I will tell you
that my students receive notes and supervision. I knew from the get go that
this was a career for me and I handle it that way. I also have a particular way
that I supervise, having been terrified of it myself and the feedback is good.
I happen to really enjoy doing supervision so perhaps I am a little biased.
I teach and facilitate a lot and the public is wanting to be more informed and
frankly I think it's important. I could say a lot but maybe not now. For me
it's been a learning curve to be able to work with executives and have them nod
enthusiastically because they get it when it's explained in their language.
Most of my attendees are professionals and I have had some awesome support from
a few demographics to make that happen.
I also have to agree with Michael re many letters vs perhaps just observing and
that being seen as prestigious. I saw some of that but with respect to
elaborating I think I have come to a point where I am clear that it's perhaps
wisest, for me, to not judge different approaches. I make sure I continue my
education and I teach and facilitate with my own voice and prepare like crazy
before every module and workshop. I am not sure how we will create a frame for
this all but perhaps it will evolve, a little like chiropractics.
In the meantime I require 100 % of myself and continue to treat it as a career.
It is my second career. The first was professional and rooted in healthcare and
I treat this one the same way.
Enough from a normally silent reader

Dear Svante, Gary, Kay, and All,
This is a deep subject and hard to encompass in short emails. I guess
I've got one more post in me on it. Here goes.

Individuals make breakthroughs by not conforming.
Therefore I supported the initial thoughts in the Köln conference

However I now see tendencies from some facilitators to have a lot of

the diversity of the human spirit in forms controlled by them. And
yes I'm a bit allergic to authorities that seem to be self-
proclaimed, holding up all kinds of sign as proof of this authority
