Hi Oscar,
One thing that comes to my mind is that at a soul level these people get something. We may not see what that is. I believe that they wouldn't be in the room with you if it wasn't their soul's desire and also the systems desire to see something different. Even if they do nothing else with it this life time I believe something shifts or opens and it may not be visible to us as facilitators. And maybe that's not our business.
I hope this is helpful.

Hi all,
I have a question. It feels somehow a bit vulnerable to share, but it is important to me, as I want the work to be inclusive for all...
The issue: I've had three people (of the many I see) in the last year who did not get the concept of constellations while doing it at an event of mine.
Initial thoughts:Some initial observations about the people who did not seem to grasp the intensity of the work that (almost) everyone experiences:(1) they did not feel the "role/place"-representation; they could not imagine someone else to represent their XYZ ["Stand-ins cannot possibly be my XYZ, right?"](2) they were not able to look beyond the "here and now" and link their pasts with the image that unfolds ["I don't get why stand-in XYZ does old behavior, it's different now!"](3) they were all not in touch with their body, rather living from their head or living out scripts from others or from society but in no way from their core selves and identity,(4) they seemed new to awareness practices like constellations, and perhaps even unwilling to let go of control and unable to "look at" themselves from a third perspective,(5) they seemed unknowingly living with re-traumatizing defense and survival mechanisms; caught in an eternal split, not knowing who they are and what they/others do..
So what? So far I've found our constellations practice very connecting across many different kinds of people, yet, this seems to be "a thing" where I either get with my feet on the ground with regards to the limits of constellations, and need to accept it's not for all of us at just anytime...or...what? Anybody else had similar experiences so far?

It seems to me an important topic as I so wish this work to be inclusive for everyone, and these very rare cases intrigue me...
Thanks for sharing any insights / advice / opinions / similar experiences!
Would love to hear from fellow colleagues.

Love, peace, and happiness,
Oscar
