Darren,

you should try plugging something from England in to the American system, my
electric raiser sounded like a bass guitar string and it took 4 hours for my
toast to pop up lol

George is right you do need to step down.

Don't you mean a "Step-down" transformer from the UK's 240 Volt to American
110/220 Volts? You'll find those available from the likes of Maplin, CPC, and
virtually all major electrical suppliers.

What you do however need to know is what rating is required. i.e. how much
current is required.

I'm surprised that PG Music can't offer a 220/240 Volt AC option, especially
considering they appear to export world-wide.

  George.

  Darren,

I don't know, but I may know a man who will - might be tomorrow before I can
get back to you, but I'll do my best.

  Best wishes.

  Hi folks.

I'm purchasing the Band in a Box Audio Everything product from PG Music.

It all ships on a 1.6 TB hard disc but comes with a 120 v power supply.

As I'm based in the UK, I need some kind of step up power transformer.

Does anyone have any recommendations. It has to be something that will stay
plugged in and operating for most of the time.

  Thanks in advance.

  Cheers

  Darren
