Hello:
YOu will either want to assign parameters to controllers on your midi keyboard or other midi device from the remote control dialog, or use the track inspector to access the parameters you want to change and do it from your computer keyboard.

Subject: [ddots-l] Automating effect parameters

Hello from Germany,

I'm using Sonar 4.02 with CakeTalking 4.03. Now I'm trying to record parameter changes e.g. for the Cakewalk FX Reverb, as it is indicated in the tutorial that this is possible. I insert the Cakewalk FX Reverb into bus aux 1. I press the aplication key for that effect and see that "arm for automation" is available. I select all parameters in the apropriate dialog. Now I open the effect window and ... can't do anything. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your help!

Regards, Axel
