what's your budget and what are you trying to accomplish in your studio?
If you want to record lots of tracks at once, or
play back projects with lots of plug-ins and
soft-synths inserted, you'll probably want
someone to build you a machine specifically for digital audio work.

Hi all at DD,
I'm currently using Sonar 7.2 with Jaws 9, CT scrips, on a XP laptop. Now you've stopped laughing, :) here is my questions.
What computer spec do you recommend and what version of Jaws to compliment your products offer?
I've been thinking about upgrading my system for quite a while now.
Thanks in advance.
