Hmm can anyone recommend a DAW-builder in the UK?

Hi Chris,
I am currently performing shows across the UK, I like to use backing tracks that I have personally arranged. The problem I have at the moment is I'm having to step write all tracks due to latency issues.
I use superior drummer with Phil Muir's HSC scrips and several of the digital factory soft synths.
I would like now to be able to use dedicated VST softsynths such as Mr Sax, Plus dedicated bass guitar and rhythm guitar VST softsynths.
I consider myself quite competent when it comes to using sonar, however I am not competent at setting up computers.
Regarding soundcard, to audio ins and midi would be sufficient.
I was thinking at £1500, that includes the jaw scripts and the sonar latest version that we can use.
Does that sound anywhere near a realistic figure?
Thanks again in advance,
Steve W
