Thanks for the advice, Robert. Last night the Master slider worked on earlier recorded projects, so I don't know why it's decided not to work on these certain songs. What I did was that I used the same "project" to record my band and just kept saving each song, and then just recorded over what we had just done. Evidently there is something I did on the first song's recording. Funny you mentioned the Input and Output of the FW 1884, because of about 1 out of 10 times in turning the DAW on, the FW 1884 sliders (all of them) do not respond--I then have to go to the Control Surface menu and select the FW Control for the Input and Output. I know that improper shut down and the improper turning off the FW 1884 has caused this. I will check these settings tonight to make sure they are still FW Control. Does anybody else have problems with the FW Control setting getting changed somehow to either FW ports 1 or even a USB keyboard as an Input or Output? Thanks again, Robert. I'll keep working on it.
