[ddots-l] Inserting softsyns, any help?

Hi all,
I am learning things related to MIDI world-- record MIDI and MIDI sequencing. I
try to insert softsyns in Sonar. Some are accessible, but some are not. Would
you guide me how to insert the following softsyns:
Le Rapture, Dimention Pro, Real Guitar, SFZ, and Session Drummer2? I inserted
them, but when I play with my MIDI controller, the sounds don't come out. I
have set the input and output correctly.
Also, would you recommend softsyns or VST which are accessible for blind users?
I look forward to hearing from you soon. Any help will be highly apreciated.
