Without the proper research and legal advice from qualified
experts, you could be leaving yourself open to all sorts of trouble.
Not to mention do some market research to see if what you want to
do is not being done better by someone else, or that there is a big
need for what you want to offer. maybe even check out community
college small business programs. Some of these take a year,
include developing a detailed business plan wiht all the necessary
research etc.
