I already did the sampling of the handbells and ChoirChimes, and I intend to
do my own sampling of instruments.

Sounds like those type of samples would be very specialized. Where you may
not be able to find these samples easily, there may be a reason why a bunch
of companies haven't persued it yet. Hopefully there is a market for it. 
Very cool idea for sure. Are you going to do the sampling or buy the samples
from someone else?
