I heard that the fastTrack was a nice unit, with good drivers? How is the
DPC latency on your system? Remember that powerful system doesn't mean much
if it's not configured properly. If your DPC is too high, that might explain
why you get drop outs at the lower samples, and it might happen with
different units as well.

Hello,
I think both the Focusrite and the Roland will fit what you want. I am not
100% sure if the Focusrite line has Midi, but I'm 90% sure they do.
