I've herd that they take getting use too, before you're able to get a good
sound from them. Would be nice if you could keep me up to date with your
experience and opinion of them.

Hello:
I just got a pair of the new Yamaha hs80m active monitors. They are meant
to be an updated version of the popular ms 10 with power and a bit of tone
flexibility added and the are supposed to have less ear fatigue than their
predecessor. I've only had them a short time but I really like them. They
come with stands but I don't need the stands in my setup.
