Josh,
As Bill mentioned in a previous post, try rebooting the system, then connect
the Quod Capture. If that doesn't work, then you may have had something
happen to it. I have the Edirol UA-25. That particular driver sometimes has
problems if you bring it up from a cold boot or from sleep or hibernation.
They recommend that you boot the system before connecting the card. I don't
know if this applies to devices such as the Quod Capture. If you don't have
lights on it at all, that doesn't sound good.
The other thing is that I've understood that it's better to not have JAWS
routed through the card that you're using with your DAW; so you should check
to make sure that JAWS is being routed through your internal card. If it's a
Realtek, make sure it's defaulted to it.
I hope you don't end up having to obtain another interface. As far as I
know, the Quod Capture's a good card in that it's stable and reliable.
Mike

Okay. I just asked my mom, and she said that there are no lights on on the
quod capture but that all cables are pushed in correctly.
