Agreed, that's why i don't use bundles much, curruption can be an issue. If i
do need to bundle i keep a regular unbundled copy :)

You can either save as a bundle or if you are feeling brave as I am then you
can simply open the project then navigate to its audio folder and do a select
all then hit delete. Windows will throw up an error about not being able to
delete some data however, you can tell it to skip all and you will now have a
nice clean audio folder. Bundles are OK but have known them corrupt some times
and when they do if you can’t open them then you have lost all data.

Please remind me about the do’s and don’ts of removing unwanted audio data from
SONAR folders. I seem to remember that there is some important kind of
“gotcha” tip that it is good to remember before attempting to clear out
unwanted audio tracks, etc.
