George, didn't know about the microsoft subscription thing. I often hit Don't Send when I have the opportunity to send an error report because I figure it will simply be ignored. I'll rethink this in the future. If you are technically inclined, you may get some clues from the following. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/249873 Is your system set up to send error reports to Microsoft? I am a great advocate of this, and have personal experience with a number of developers who subscribe to Microsoft's analysis of these reports. I would be more than surprised if the Sonar developers are not signed up for this too. If you are, a "Bucket Number" is generated when you send the report, which in turn allows the subscribed developer to home in on the details of your report submission. If the developer can't figure outthe problem, they then have access to highly experienced Microsoft staff who will assist. George.
