Yep. Went to 64k clusters early on for both my audio drive and the data 
drive with all the project files.

Along with cleaning up Sonar's audio folder and deleting the
contents of the Picture Cache, don't forget to defrag your audio
drive. Also, do you have it formatted to a larger cluster size?
Everything speeded up for me when I went with 64K clusters for my
audio drive.
