Hi Terry, that's because the Casio is not part of the interface that Sonar,
picks up because it is your midi interface that's doing that.
Your keyboard is kind of like a dummy board lol.

Windows 7 64 bit so they have set-up the MIDISport as the MIDI controller

don't require any Casio drivers as the MIDISport is the MIDI controller. So
now that I have clarified that you have this all plugged up correctly, are
you getting any sound from it?
