Microsoft's version of a screen reader. It's very limited but it'll do in a
pinch.
Windows key+U will bring it up.

Already have Asio.
Running Sonar 5 under Jaws 5.1 or Narrator gives no drop outs.
Sonar 5 under Jaws 7 on the other hand, starts to get really sluggish and
tired after a while, I get drop outs and hiccups all over the place.
