AltTab to the Narrator window and press space bar on exit. Also, the utility manager window will be open as well. You can close it by pressing space bar on OK.

You can run jaws and narrator simultaineously, although, why you'd want to I don't know. Just that you can start narrator to hear it while jaws is running.

Microsoft's version of a screen reader. It's very limited but it'll do
in a
pinch.
Windows key+U will bring it up.

Already have Asio.
Running Sonar 5 under Jaws 5.1 or Narrator gives no drop outs. Sonar
5 under Jaws 7 on the other hand, starts to get really sluggish and
tired after a while, I get drop outs and hiccups all over the place.
