[ddots-l] tranzport error 6 message

Hello,
I just downloaded and installed the drivers for tranzport control survace.  
When I plugged in the unit and turned it on, I got an error 6 message from jaws 
which put me in demo mode.  What do I do to fix this?  Thanks,
