Neville,

And you're using the latest JAWS 11.0.1461?

Dave

I don't think they solved this problem yet, because I had to call them about
a month ago for more authorizations.

Hey Brian, what version of Jaws are you using?

If it's a version lower then 11, this may be the problem. I believe FS
corrected such problems with authorizations in version 11.

The other thing to do is to simply turn on your tranzport before loading your
system.

I had such a issue when I use to use the motu card.

  Dave,

Thank you. When I contact FS to reauthorize should I have the tranzport
plugged in because the only time that error comes up is when the tranzport is
plugged in. I believe when I unplugged it and restarted my computer it did
not give me the prompt about reauthorizing jaws only when it was plugged in.
Thanks,

  Brian

As Kevin said, your addition of another device has triggered JAWS to
require a reauthorization. You need to authorize it again, and if you have no
more authorizations left, then you need to contact FS via phone or the web to
get your authorization count back up again.

      Hello,

I just downloaded and installed the drivers for tranzport control
survace. When I plugged in the unit and turned it on, I got an error 6 message
from jaws which put me in demo mode. What do I do to fix this? Thanks,

      Brian
