[ddots-l] universal audio accelerator cards

Hello,
Has anyone on here messed with any of universal audio's accelerator cards?
they're suppose to improve computer usage during recording without taxing the
cpu. smile. I think I got that right. they also come with a host of plugins and
instruments. does anyone know how accessible they are for us?
