Hi Tim,

I've just spoken to Index, and they are going to investigate
what causes an "Error 3" to be reported.

The other errors you quote don't actually sound like DBT
errors, but more to do with the print/spool queue.

Have you tried printing to the same device, from the same
system, using something like Notepad?  (Purely to prove the
Port)
